These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the OilFinderPro: Oil Change Help mobile application (the “App”), provided by Dzianis Kuziomkin, an individual developer (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Purpose of the App

OilFinderPro: Oil Change Help provides informational guidance related to engine oil selection, vehicle maintenance data, oil specifications, and related automotive information.

All information provided by the App is for informational purposes only and does not replace professional mechanical advice, manufacturer documentation, or certified service recommendations.

2. No Professional or Manufacturer Warranty

The App owner does not guarantee that the information provided in the App is error-free, complete, or suitable for every vehicle configuration.

You are solely responsible for verifying oil specifications, approvals, and maintenance requirements with your vehicle manufacturer or a qualified professional before performing any service or oil change.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

OilFinderPro: Oil Change Help may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to additional features or extended usage.

  • Subscriptions are billed through your app store account.
  • Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

Prices, subscription duration, and renewal details are displayed within the App at the time of purchase.

4. Free Features

Some features of the App may be available without a subscription. Availability of free features may change at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, logos, databases, and software within OilFinderPro: Oil Change Help are owned by or licensed to Dzianis Kuziomkin, the individual developer of the App, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or reverse engineer any part of the App without prior written consent from the App owner.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with the App’s operation or security
  • Misuse or abuse the App’s services or data

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App owner shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to vehicle damage, incorrect maintenance actions, financial loss, or indirect or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to OilFinderPro: Oil Change Help at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
