Castrol EDGE Euro 0W-30 LL is the long-life 0W-30 grade of Castrol’s EDGE Euro range. In the 0W-30 LL tab of Castrol’s US EDGE Euro page, ACEA C3, BMW Longlife-04, MB 229.31/229.51, Porsche C30 and VW 504 00/507 00 are listed as Approved specifications. ACEA A3/B4, API CF, BMW Longlife-01 and Longlife-01 FE, Chrysler MS-6395, Fiat 9.55535-CR1, MB 229.3/229.5/229.52, VW 502 00/505 00 and two Volvo specifications are listed as Recommended specifications.

Volkswagen’s own approved-oil list includes Castrol Edge LL SAE 0W-30 under VW 504 00/507 00 (Volkswagen technical bulletin 2012855/81, “Volkswagen Engine Oil Quality Standards”, June 4, 2026).
