INFINITI’s owner’s manual for the 2022 Q50 (3.0L 6-cylinder, V-slanted (VR30DDTT engine model)) recommends Genuine NISSAN Motor Oil 0W-20 SP or an equivalent. If Genuine NISSAN oil isn’t available, a synthetic 0W-20 GF-6 SP oil may be used. Engine oil drain and refill capacity is about 5-5/8 US qt (5.3 L) with an oil filter change on Two-Wheel Drive (2WD) models and 6-1/4 US qt (5.9 L) on All-Wheel Drive (AWD) models; without a filter change it is 5-3/8 US qt (5.1 L) for 2WD and 6 US qt (5.7 L) for AWD.
