Complete Oil Specifications
Nissan’s owner’s manual for the 2020 Rogue (QR25DE (4-cylinder, gasoline, DOHC)) recommends Genuine NISSAN Motor Oil 0W-20 SN or an equivalent. If Genuine NISSAN oil isn’t available, a synthetic 0W-20 GF-5 SN oil may be used. Engine oil drain and refill capacity is about 4-7/8 US qt (4.6 L) with an oil filter change, or 4-1/2 US qt (4.3 L) without.
When to Change the Oil

The manual says damage caused by motor oil other than the recommended oil isn’t covered under Nissan’s New Vehicle Limited Warranty.
