Subaru’s owner’s manual for the 2024 Impreza (FB25) says to always use SUBARU approved engine oil. If that isn’t available, it lists an alternative: 0W-16 synthetic oil with ILSAC GF-6B (Shield mark), ILSAC GF-6A (Starburst mark) or an API classification of SP with the words “Resource Conserving”.

Engine oil capacity is 4.7 US qt (4.4 L) when changing the oil and filter, or 4.4 US qt (4.2 L) when changing the oil only. Subaru calls these quantities a guideline.

Can I Use 0W-20?

Only to top up. If 0W-16 synthetic oil isn’t available, SAE 0W-20 conventional oil may be used when you need to add oil, but Subaru says it should be changed to 0W-16 synthetic at the next oil change.
