Complete Oil Specifications

Toyota’s owner’s manual for the 2022 GR Supra 3.0 (B58B30O1) lists two oils for the gasoline engine: Toyota Genuine Motor Oil SN 0W-20 C5 for GR Toyota Supra, or oil meeting BMW Longlife-17 FE+ in SAE 0W-20.

Topping Up With Other Oil

If a suitable oil isn’t available, the manual allows adding up to 1 US quart/liter of an oil rated API SN PLUS or API SP in SAE 0W-20 or 0W-30. That allowance is for topping up only.

Checking the Level

The GR Supra checks its oil level electronically. You can see the level on the Control Display under “My Vehicle” › “Vehicle status” › “Engine oil level”. Toyota warns that too much oil can damage the engine or the catalytic converter.
